Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-generation software systems for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-resistant cryptography into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices to ensure long-term system stability and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance audits to drive quality assurance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong command of distributed systems.
- Proven experience in deploying large-scale Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
