Role Overview:
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our core product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategic vision. You will drive discovery, define success metrics, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 product roadmap, translating high-level business goals into actionable, prioritized features.
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software releases on time and within scope.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical specifications and ensure architectural scalability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates and managing expectations.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise software sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products and managing large-scale roadmaps.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss system architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
