Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and inventory control
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Develop and maintain office budgets with monthly financial reporting
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and off-site activities
- Implement office policies and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate vendor contracts
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility maintenance and IT support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in budgeting, procurement, and facilities management
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong knowledge of Austin commercial real estate and service providers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or Business Administration preferred
- Experience managing hybrid work models and remote team coordination
