Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift engineering team to resolve escalated tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all shifts.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
