Responsibilities
- Optimize production processes using lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years in automotive manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Experience with Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and robotics
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required
