Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and MLOps implementation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions.
- Optimize models for inference speed and resource efficiency, ensuring low latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask).
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
