The Role
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring. You will work in a collaborative environment with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, scalability, and security.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
