Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for next-generation software products.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural bottlenecks early in the development cycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI, Cloud Native, and Quantum Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, distributed systems projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated history of innovation and delivering products ahead of schedule.
