Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Oversee user account administration, including Active Directory and Office 365 setup.
- Conduct regular system security audits and implement necessary patches to ensure compliance.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the development team to improve application performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Available for immediate start and willing to work occasional on-call shifts.
