What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Lead code reviews and mentor a team of passionate machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into production-ready code.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and implement cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in software engineering principles and system design.
