Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify transformative opportunities through 2030+
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Author high-impact reports and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and global forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate future market readiness
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused enterprise strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
