Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certifications in Futures Studies or Technology Innovation preferred
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
