Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks and AI governance protocols
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into enterprise digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI networks
- Present future-tech frameworks at global innovation summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate-tech
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural-symbolic AI systems
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (>2 successful product launches)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neuromorphic engineering, and carbon-negative tech
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (ACF) and ISO 20700 foresight standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
