Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Analyze socio-economic impacts of disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align research priorities with future market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with technology horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
