Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop quantitative/qualitative forecasting models for market disruption scenarios
- Design strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI collaboration
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed future studies
- Mastery of scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 10-year strategic pivots
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging tech
