Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of future-oriented innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
