- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Design and implement organizational change management programs for future-adaptation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major conferences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
