Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate future visions into strategic initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and product teams
- Collaborate with innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 markets
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment with future-state objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, space tech, climate solutions)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) required
