- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts affecting global markets
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex trend analysis into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models and customer experiences
- Present strategic foresight insights to boards and investors through data-driven visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with scenario-based recommendations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive trends (white papers, keynotes, industry journals)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams in global enterprises
