Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and market implications
- Design innovation frameworks that integrate sustainability, ethics, and human impact
- Present future vision narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling sessions
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
