Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks that inform R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of innovation scouts, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technological trajectories into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications that establish our brand as the authority on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and commercializing future tech trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
