Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps and strategic foresight frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts with 3-5 year predictive accuracy
- Design and execute scenario planning initiatives for emerging risks and opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, Foresight Professional)
