Responsibilities
- Architect and publish annual 2026+ technology foresight reports
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future industry disruption vectors
- Develop patent-pending scenario-planning frameworks for quantum/AI convergence
- Advise executive board on emerging tech adoption timelines and risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford)
- Author white papers on metaverse/NFT implications for enterprise ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals)
- Deep expertise in at least 3: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of influencing Fortune 500 innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with global trend analysis (WFS, Gartner)
