As part of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, anticipate societal shifts, and develop scenarios that prepare our organization for the next wave of digital transformation. You'll be instrumental in defining our long-term vision while ensuring ethical implementation of breakthrough innovations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and emerging scientific breakthroughs to inform strategic planning
- Develop and present scenario-based forecasts for 2026+ impact on industry and society
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Design and execute innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring the effectiveness of future-oriented initiatives
- Publish thought leadership content including whitepapers, trend reports, and keynote presentations
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global networks and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech-driven organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
