Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder insights into strategic blueprints
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
