- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive strategies
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
