Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026) and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for industry disruption and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Advise on R&D portfolio optimization based on future market projections
- Develop patentable methodologies for trend forecasting and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record advising executive leadership on future strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
