Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging quantum/AI/BCP innovations
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present disruptive visions to C-suite and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Forecast sociotechnical shifts impacting global markets
- Build strategic alliances with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurism leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
