As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop scenario-based strategies that position us as industry leaders in the rapidly evolving 2026 landscape. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to create 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing adoption and AI ethics evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies with potential to reshape our industry by 2026
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
