Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced foresight methodologies to map 2026+ technological and societal trajectories
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to firm's intellectual property development
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies for complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
