Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive horizon-scanning framework for 2026 technological, economic, and social trends
- Design and execute scenario-planning models to assess opportunities and risks in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, executive briefs, and trend forecasts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
