Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams through immersive storytelling
- Establish thought leadership through published research and speaking engagements at industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools and quantitative foresight methodologies
- Demonstrated success translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
