Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex trends into strategic imperatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of proactive innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading executive workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
