Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author forward-looking scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across enterprise divisions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., ACFS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
