Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen product development
- Present trend briefings to Fortune 500 clients and venture partners
- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints with engineering and design teams
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and market impacts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Strong visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
