Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive innovation
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions using generative AI and digital twins
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and societal transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Strong background in at least one emerging domain: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry thought leadership platforms
