Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or hypergrowth environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional designation
