- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify emerging market disruptions and innovation opportunities across sectors
- Design and implement sustainable innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing trends
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation lab environments
