Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps translating future insights into tangible product/service blueprints
- Deliver executive briefings and trend-deck presentations to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar program)
