Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 innovation frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design and execute innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present executive-level insights through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-ready organizational culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or innovation methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
