Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging market disruption and competitive advantage
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and innovation roadmaps
- Manage pilot programs for next-generation technologies with measurable ROI
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
