Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating digital transformation
- Conduct futures research using predictive modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product development and risk mitigation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Proven track record advising C-level executives on technology disruption
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
