Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future-proof strategies with business objectives
- Present scenario analyses and trend forecasts to global stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of technology and human evolution
- Drive cross-functional implementation of foresight insights into product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
