Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/political/economic trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-proof solutions
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing disruptive solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or climate tech domains preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., books, whitepapers)
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives from concept to market
