Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive technology trends through 2026 (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through proof-of-concept projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research or proven track record in tech forecasting
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction
