As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and corporate foresight frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends and societal shifts to forecast 3-5 year market evolutions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial ventures
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
