Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for commercial viability
- Design scenario-planning models to anticipate socioeconomic shifts and disruptions
- Present compelling vision narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling abilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio of published future-shaping projects or thought leadership
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
