As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion dollar product portfolios while mentoring the next generation of futurists.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends (quantum, bio-digital convergence, neurotech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Architect innovation frameworks aligning emerging tech with market demands
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend analyses to Fortune 100 executive forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Author thought leadership for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
- Executive presence with Fortune 500 stakeholder experience
