Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and emerging trends
- Design strategic frameworks for adopting breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation impact on business growth
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and invest in transformative startups
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor an innovation strategy team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology foresight projects
