Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts through systematic trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and market disruption vectors
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots using scenario planning frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product development roadmaps
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of disrupting industries through trend-based innovation
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
